Soon Mel will be providing virtual 1 on 1 training service just like he does at the gym. The main difference is that the on-line service will cost 1/10 of the face to face service. He will personally customize a training program for each partner. This is a new and revolutionary idea that beats the "one program for all people" concept that currently populates the Internet.
